A group of foreign language and culture enthusiasts, we plan to offer frequent opportunities to enjoy international cultural programs in the Boston area. Movie nights, wine and beer tastings, traditional folk art workshops and game nights, all from different regions around the world, are a few of the events offered to the community. This is a group for moms who immigrated to US either as adults or children, or those who lived outside of US for some amount of time and consider themselves international mothers. We could meet and share our experiences of growing up and living in different countries and how those translate to parenthood in the US. I work full time, so will be planning on organizing mostly weekend activities in Boston area, though if others are interested we could organize weekday activities too.
